The technology research and engineering design for environmental prevention and management project is one of important services of Tiancheng E.P.company which including technology design, civil engineering design, electric design with the state qualification (second grade). 1、Technology research

Integration analysis:
      The first thing we should to do when undertaking a environment porject is to learn the status of the production characters, the production process, the raw materials and the quality & quantity of water(gas) as possible as we can. To know fairly well the pollution components and then constitute the test research scheme as per the environment evaluation book(table).


 

Test:
     On the basis of knowing fairly well to the quality and quantity of water(gas)of the factory, to constitute the test research scheme and then carry the test to validate and perfect the technology process for gaining the first hand treatment parameters so that to complete the project design by proportion blowup.


 

Project design:
      Project design is the text of the integration analysis and test, including the technology process, the analysis of treatment difficulty and corresponding countermeasures、setting size、equipment type selection、budgetary quotation、follow-up service etc.

      The pharmaceutical wastewater treatment is a difficulty in the industry wastewater treatment. In the course of cooperation with Shanghai Pharmaceutical(Group), our company accomplished many high difficult treatment projects of pharmaceutical wastewater and found out a set of effective treating way. In recent years, the wastewater treatment projects we have accomplished are: SH Pudong Pharmaceutical Factory,SH Xuhang Pharmaceutical Factory,SH Tianping Pharmaceutical Factory,SH Shenxing Pharmaceutical Factory,SH Dongfeng Pharmaceutical Factory, Huaihai Production Base for the raw material of SH Pharmaceutical Group. Thereinto, ever be praised highly for the caffein wastewater treatment project of SH Shenxing Pharmaceutical Factory by <> in January 29,2001.           
The treatment project of high density chemistry wastewater
     For the treatment of high-concentration chemical wastewater, we adopt the way of branching off the clean & waste water and strengthen the pretreatment,then by the combinative way of physical chemistry and biochemistry,the question of high-concentration chemical wastewater treatment is settled by us successfully.        Since the rapid development of electroplating industry, the surface treatment wastewater is another kind of wastewater we met. Basing the characters of much plating types of the surface treatment workshop and complicated wastewater components and following the principle of wastewater division, separate pre-treatment & integrative treatment processing and the discharged water reusing, the surface wastewater treatment is settled by us properly. 3、The design of the waste gas treatment porject

 The Spray-painting and solidifying waste gas treatment project:
     
In process of spray-painting and solidifying, abundant of organic waste gas will be generated. We use the facility of cleaning and resuming organic solvent steam with wet and dry way paint mist treatment by the successful experience from foreign and domestic. We great accomplish the waste gas treatment project of Wuxi Meideng Paint Material Factory.

The toxic & harmful gas treatment project:

        In the process of industry production, some toxic and harmful gas will be generated. By mature technology, we successfully accomplish the treatments of acid mist of Wuxi Stainless Steel Factory and SO2 of Shanghai New Long March Fine Chemical Engineering Co.,Ltd. and the discharging reaches standard level.             
The industry aeration & removing dust treatment project:
  In the process of carpentry, a large numbers of powder dust and heat will be generated. In order to protect the health of the workers,we must aerate plenty for removing the powder dust in the air. We offer the perfect scheme of economic air displacement, effective capture rate and first-rank pipeline design for the setup of removing dust system ofJiading Furniture Factory.



4、The design of noise control
   
     The treatment of machinery noise: The dropping treatment of the high-noise equipment is a aspect of environment treatment engineering. We setup the damping setting、muffler、sound insulation cover etc for these equipments. The treatment of
machine pump room noise: Machine pump room is the lumped place of all kinds of equipment,so it is a main place of noise pollution. In order not to influence the normal work emotion of the workers and daily life of residents around,we use sound insulation construction material to build the machine pump room and set up noise elimination shutter etc.

1. design fee = basic engineering design fee ×(1±floating value)
2. basic engineering design fee = basic design fee + other design fee
3. 3. basic design fee = engineering design basic fee×specialty adjustment factor×engineering complexity factor
Where: Floating value —— Decide by the project provider and the designer according to the actual situation.;
Other design fee——Refers to the engineering design fee according to the engineering design actual need or the corresponding service fee requested by the project provider including the system design expense, the design coordination expense, documentation expense of the non-standard equipment design, budget establishment expense of the construction drawing, establishment expense of completion chart, etc.;
Specialty adjustment factor——1.00;
Engineering complexity factor——It is 1.15, if the engineering complexity of environmental protection project is rate Ⅲ.
